SEASONAL PRICES FOR 2024/25
NOVEMBER-MARCH – £1150 per week* – During the winter season we are flexible on check-in and check-out dates, as well as accommodating shorter stays. Please get in touch via whatsapp or email hello@arrolhouse.com
APRIL-MAY | OCTOBER – £1750 per week
JUNE-SEPTEMBER – £2450 per week
*Christmas and New Year prices available on application.
We accommodate longer stays by prior arrangement and discount these in the autumn/winter months.
OUR BOOKINGS
Our bookings are for a minimum of 6 nights from Monday check in to Sunday check out at 10am.
If you wish to arrive on Sunday, the earliest check in is 6pm with an additional night surcharge of £150. This can only be approved after your booking is made ourselves if the Sunday check in is available.
All bookings are through our partners at HBook for your security and peace of mind.

OUR POLICIES
CHECK IN & OUT TIMES
Earliest check in is 8am on a Monday.
We kindly ask that you have vacated the house no later than 10am on the Sunday.
ACCOMMODATION
Arrol House is a licensed self-catering property for a maximum of 10 people including children.
PAYMENTS
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required. This is paid at the time of booking using STRIPE. The balance is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. We will send you an advance notification when the balance is due and this is payable by BACS to our business bank account. If the balance is not received within 48hrs of the due date, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the deposit forfeited. We will however contact you before we cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstance, you need to cancel before the balance is due, for whatever reason (including medical and weather-related), or if the cancellation is made within 12 weeks of your booking dates there will be no refund of any monies paid unless we can re-let the house.
CANCELLATION PROTECTION
We strongly recommend that you use travel cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances. This will provide you with peace of mind if any event forces you to cancel your booking.
NON-AVAILABILITY
In the very rare circumstances where we would need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we would do our utmost to offer you suitable alternative accommodation. However, if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, we would refund all monies paid by you without delay. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
CONDITIONS OF STAY
We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if you engage in unacceptable behaviour.

CHILDREN
All ages welcome.
PETS
We welcome well-behaved dogs and responsible dog owners. A maximum of three dogs are permitted in the house but are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. We do not allow any other types of pets in the house.
SMOKING
Strictly no smoking or vaping allowed within the house.
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
You are responsible for Arrol and its contents during your stay. We reserve the right to charge you for any repairs or replacements we need to make if the damage is significant or caused by negligence or a willful act.
RIGHT OF ENTRY
We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any reasonable time for inspection, repair work etc.
PRICE INCREASES
We are able to take bookings up to four years in advance. We reserve the right to change our prices for bookings that are made over 12 months in advance.
PRIVACY POLICY
We understand the need for appropriate protection of all personal information provided by you. Any information you supply to us will be used for administration functions such as contacting you about your booking and sending you information about Us. Your details will not be passed to a third party.
